These pickups are twangy in the bridge and smooth in the neck.  The high output makes these great for people playing heavy modern styles where the main concern is driving the amp.  In the bridge, the heavy midrange and slightly nasal  tele-like twang pack a punch that make them great for blues, country, and rock.  In the neck these give off an almost archtop vibe that is great for old school jazz, blues, and soul. 

These come calibrated for vintage tone on modern guitars which means I use flush poles and demagnetize (degauss) the magnets slightly for that aged alnico sound.  The pickups are potted with my own special shellac mixture that helps to further replicate the tone of vintage alnico and well as adding more texture to the tone which helps your guitar sound more alive.
