A high output war machine powered by an Alnico 5 magnet and
wound with 43awg plain enamel wire. It's got a thick, aggressive,
and gritty tone that is dripping with harmonic complexity.
I recommend this pickup for hard rock some types of metal
and some of your heavier classic rock.
This pickup in not voiced for basswood and I do not recommend
it for basswood guitars. I'm working on a model with similar specs
voiced for basswood but it's not completed yet. |
